Your daily fitness
If your day is packed with work, meetings and travel it's hard to stay in shape and eat healthy. A good solution is your "you can do it everywhere fitness". Simple and doesn't coast much time.
Here are the "exercises":
- when you brush your tooth than do knee-bends at the same time
- use the stairs instead of escalator and elevator
- go small distances instead of using subways and tramways
- if your way to work/supermarket etc. isn't that long than you can go by bike for one or two times a week
- go shopping to the mall instead of order your things in the internet
- when you are phoning with somebody than walk around instead of sitting on the couch
- at lunchtime don't eat in your office's cantine unhealthy food, take a little walk outside to an healthy restaurant (E.g. Dean and David)
Every step counts!
Good luck,

Chanel's haute couture show in Paris
What a show at the haute couture fashion week opening in Paris. The by Karl Lagerfeld designed couture was shown in a virtual, coverted plane. Lagerfeld's collection is largely colored in different shades of blue but also some pieces of the Chanel couture are black, blue white or black white. The with teased hair models presented simple and even complex patterns, some of them were stiched on with gems others with sequins.
Overall it was a great show and I can say: Lagerfeld gave Chanel wings!

Colours of Spring and Summer 2012
Everybody is thinking about wich coulours are going to be THE colours of spring and summer 2012.
Last year bright red, yellow, orange, dark green and blue have been THE colours of 2011. The key word was strinking colour blocking with bright colours. Who hasn't seen people in orange chinos combined with blue tank tops and pink cardigans?
Color blocking is still gonna be a big thing. But this season with lighter, cautious and more shy colours. Girls and Women with light hair and skin will be happy, because they don't look so pale.
Rosé, light blue, lilac, grey, peach, camel, light green, mint and light yellow are going to be the most seen colours on fashion conscious people. Pastel is the topic! So come on and first buy pastel colored basic things, because they always going to be useful!!!
lilac and peach kisses,
