Since Anne Hathaway and Sienna Miller told the world how got they felt after detox, detoxify became a real trend all over the world. The goal is an internal cleaning, that means cleaning up your bodies, which are sick and "poisnoned" of  poor nutrition, stress and no sport. Detox helps to clean your liver, kidney and skin to make you feel new and powerful. After this kind of fas, you should feel motivated, healthy and happier.

How does it work?
The right detoxify is to renounce meat, cheesemilkwhite flourcandies, coffeealcohol and black or green tea. The best way is just to eat natural vegetables and fruits without additives and added sugar. You can cook them, steam-cook them or eat them raw. Than you can add low-fat nuts or organic smoothies. Important is, that everything you buy should be natural and at beast organic. When buy finished products no chemical things(food color, preservative materials, flavor enhancers...) and sugar should be added. The best way to buy your food is in organic or detox stores.



How long should I detox?

The best time to detox is 2 weeks. Than the body can totally detoxify. At least one week is necessary to get a good result.

Do I also lose weight?
If you do everything right, you'll lose weight for sure because toxics are in your body's fat cells and get free when fat is degraded. But this is not a diet! When you are hungry, you should eat.
