Prepare for summer!
A good way to prepare for summer, especially the sun is to eat lots of carrots, which are rich of carrotin, a pre-step of melatonin, which get you tanned. Also eat fruits with antioxidants (red and purple fruits like a blueberries, cherries and strawberries), because they help your skin to build up your natural sun protection! Have a nice summer!
